I wanted to take a minute to tell you how incredibly impressed and grateful I am for the care Curious Custom took of my account a few weeks ago. I had been planning this Washington, DC coloring book in my head for a long time - I first emailed about it back in the fall - but of course, I put it off on my end until I had an event when I just HAD to have them.
The team could not have been any more helpful, thorough, professional, and generous with their time. They helped to make sure every page in the book was right, legal, and exactly how I wanted it. They even offered improvements on my initial ideas that I loved! Brandon followed the project through to completion, even chatting with me several times on a Saturday morning to make sure we got it to the printer in time to allow for delivery before my drop-dead date. It was a pleasure interacting with him every time - I truly started to feel like we were old friends!
The coloring book came out beautifully - I have gotten so many compliments on it already! Brandon even humored me and let me use a picture colored by my own girls on the back cover. I thought we might have to scrap that once the timeline got tight, but nope - he just pressed forward, and we got it done. And now my girls are SO proud to be a part of the book! I could not be more pleased with this entire experience. I sent a copy of the book to my Broker, who was impressed as well; she plans to tell our entire brokerage all about it, so hopefully, you will see more orders from us.
Thank you so very much for creating such a special and personalized marketing tool for me. This is the only marketing piece I've ever 100% felt like I should give out for the RECIPIENT's benefit even more so than my own! I absolutely love it.
